PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe that hydrodynamically suppresses freeze of a fluid and can prevent blockage of the pipe without needing heat energy to be applied from the outside.SOLUTION: The drain pipe is provided with a concentration channel in an inner wall of the pipe, which concentrates flow of the fluid.
