PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm, by blinking of emission color, intermittent beep sound or the like, a state where the height of a jet wave of molten solder has reached a jet target value when adjusting the height of the jet wave of the molten solder by devising the structure of a confirmation tool.SOLUTION: A jet soldering height checking jig includes: a conductive gauge member 10 for performing at least either of setting and measurement of the height of a jet wave of molten solder; an insulating slide holding member 20 including a negative electrode and a positive electrode, and slidably brought into contact with the negative electrode for slidably holding the gauge member 10; an LED display member 30 for checking contact operation, arranged on the sliding holding member 20 and connected with the negative side electrode; and a conductive bridging member 40 having a length capable of bridging a gap between metal members on an upper part of a vessel having the molten solder stored therein, and slidably brought into contact with the positive side electrode connected to the LED display member 30 for supporting the slide holding member 20. The gauge member 10 and the jet wave of the molten solder are allowed to function as a drive switch (contacts) of the LED display member 30. |
