PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leak detection device with high accuracy which detects deterioration in insulation resistance while isolating a battery from a vehicle body in a DC manner.SOLUTION: An assembled battery 102 of a battery pack 106 isolated from a vehicle body is connected to a primary coil 109 in parallel. A current detection circuit 116 with a secondary coil 113 on an ammeter side transformer-coupled to the primary coil 109, an AC power source 114 connected in series to the secondary coil 113 on the ammeter side and the ammeter 115 connected between the vehicle body and the AC power source 114 is constituted. The ammeter 115 detects a leakage current by supplying AC current from the current source 114 to the secondary coil 113 on the ammeter side. Thus, the battery back 106 is isolated from the current detection circuit 116 connected to the vehicle body in a DC manner by using a transformer. |
