An organic EL panel having a substrate, and having at least one organic functional layer, which is arranged between a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer facing each other on the substrate and which demarcates a light emission area, formed by the scanning of a droplet discharge nozzle. The organic functional layer comprises a plurality of band-shaped organic layers which are arranged in a row on the substrate and which have edge sections that are bonded to each other. The edge sections of the band-shaped organic layers are on a normal plane of the substrate including a center straight line passing through the planar center of the light emission area and one of two parallel lines that are parallel to the center straight line and that are positioned equidistant from the planar center of the light emission area.
