An objective of the present invention is to carry out an appropriate demodulation process upon a receiving signal in an ABS. A mobile communication method according to the present invention comprises: a step of a wireless base station (eNB) notifying a mobile station (UE) of an ABS "P_B" initial value with an SIB2; a step of the wireless base station (eNB) notifying the mobile station (UE) of an ABS "P_A" initial value with "RRCConnectionReconfiguration"; and a step of the mobile station (UE) carrying out a demodulation process upon a downstream data signal in the ABS on the basis of the ABS "P_B" initial value and the ABS "P_A" initial value.
