The vehicle (1) has a vehicle roof (2) adjustable between a close position and a storage position and stored in a rear-side roof box (4) in the storage position, where the roof box is closed by a lid (5). An adjustable body spoiler (6) is held on or adjacent to the lid and adjustable between a lowered position and a raised position. The body spoiler partially extends over a top face of the lid and/or a vehicle body (3) in the raised position. The body spoiler is arranged adjacent to the roof box in the lowered position, where a guide rail is attached to the body spoiler. The adjustable body spoiler is designed as a carrier of a water gutter or a wind spoiler.
