PURPOSE: An integrated type and distribution type controller device is provided to reduce a size by using a hybrid type controller. CONSTITUTION: An integrated controller directly controls a control target of a local area. The integrated controller uses one of the network protocols for industry. A distribution type controller controls the control target of the whole area. An integrated upper controller (210) generates a control command signal by using a control algorithm.
