PURPOSE: A roof tile type prefabricated drain board installed in a balcony of an apartment building is provided to improve drain effects by variously controlling a gradient of the bottom, to be easily and simply constructed in the balcony, and to allow a user to easily demolish the drain board as necessary. CONSTITUTION: A roof tile type prefabricated drain board (1) installed in a balcony of an apartment building comprises a plurality of inclined drain boards (10), a connector (20), height control rubber, and finishing packing (40). The inclined drain board is successively arranged on the bottom surface of the balcony in an arranging method of a roof tile and generates an inclined surface. The connector is connected to the rear end of the inclined drain board and increases the rear height of the inclined drain board with the height control rubber. The height control rubber is inserted into the bottom surface of the connector and appropriately controls the rear height of the inclined drain board. The finishing packing finishes the side of a plurality of the inclined drain boards and prevents the inclined drain board from being moved.
