PURPOSE: A fuel amount learning controlling device for a hybrid vehicle is provided to obtain an effect of implementing the fuel amount learning and controlling of a canister purge. CONSTITUTION: A fuel amount learning controlling device for a hybrid vehicle comprises: an engine control unit which controls an engine through the engine control unit; a motor control unit which controls a motor; a hybrid control unit which supplies one power between the engine or the motor to a shift gear based on the revolution per minute (RPM). The engine control unit comprises: the fuel amount learning condition determination part which determines whether the hybrid vehicle satisfies the fuel amount learning condition base on the fuel amount, a coolant temperature, an outdoor air temperature, an oxygen sensor, a controlling state of a canister purge, a leaning state of the fuel amount; a fuel amount learning execution unit which executes the fuel amount learning according to a lambda control value during the forbid time of the canister purge control after setting a forbid time of the canister purge control based on the fuel amount in which the fuel amount learning condition is learned in case the hybrid vehicle satisfies the fuel amount learning condition.
