PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high affinity antibody antagonist of human interleukin-13 receptor alpha 1, a nucleic acid encoding the antibody molecule, a vector, a host cell and a composition comprising the antibody molecule, and a method for using the antibody molecule for inhibiting or antagonizing IL-13Rα1-mediated activity.SOLUTION: This isolated antibody to be bonded to human interleukin-13 receptor alpha 1 comprises (a) a heavy chain variable region including a CDR1 amino acid sequence, a CDR2 amino acid sequence and a CDR3 amino acid sequence of each specific sequence and (b) a light chain variable region including a CDR1 amino acid sequence, a CDR2 amino acid sequence and a CDR3 amino acid sequence of each other specific sequence. |
