摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine, which is capable of carrying out cooperative control of EGR control with supercharger control to suppress NOx and PM in an exhaust gas in a transient state in which a load of the internal combustion engine is changed.SOLUTION: A control device of an internal combustion engine carries out cooperative control of an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) gas supply quantity by an EGR device and a supercharging quantity of a supercharger having a variable flow rate mechanism. The device is provided with: a state quantity estimation calculating part (77) for calculating an in-cylinder oxygen excess percentage on the basis of the operation state of the internal combustion engine; and a switching means (81) switching each opening command to make the opening of an EGR valve and the opening of the variable flow rate mechanism provided to the supercharger smaller compared to those in a normal state, when the internal combustion engine is determined to be in a transient state on the basis of the calculated the in-cylinder oxygen excess percentage.
