PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire with a terminal capable of preventing generation of electric corrosion without efforts.SOLUTION: An electric wire 10 with a terminal comprises: an electric wire 11 obtained by covering a core wire 12 comprising a twisted wire obtained by twisting a plurality of aluminum or aluminum alloy element wires 14, with insulation coating 13; and a terminal 20 having a connector 23 to which an exposed core wire 12 exposed by peeling the insulation coating 13 is connected at a terminal 11A of the electric wire 11. The connector 23 of the terminal 20 is provided with: a mounting part 24 on which the exposed core wire 12 is mounted and connected by welding; a surrounding wall 25 standing on the mounting part 24, and surrounding both-sided edges and a front end of the exposed core wire 12; and a resin part 29 formed in the surrounding wall 25, and covering the whole region of the exposure core wire 12.
