PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability in jointing a low alloy steel to a joint hardware formed of a different metal material by welding.SOLUTION: A jointing method for jointing a base material 1 formed of a low alloy steel to a joint hardware 2 that is a different metal material from the base material by welding includes: a step of providing buildup-welding with the low alloy steel (low alloy steel layer 3a) on a jointing surface 1a on a side of the base material 1; a step of providing buildup-welding with the different metal material (different metal material layer 3b) on a surface of the buildup-welding of the low alloy steel; and a step of welding the joint hardware 2 to the buildup-welding of the different metal material with a filler material 3c of the different metal material to joint them together.
