PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention device and a crime prevention program capable of suppressing unjust behavior.SOLUTION: A crime prevention device includes: a structure that has at least a movable part rotatable in vertical and horizontal directions; an imaging unit that is provided to the movable part, and takes an image of periphery of the structure; recognition means for recognizing a predetermined object from the image; and tracking means for driving the movable part, and tracking the object recognized by the recognition means.
