PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas flow rate change determination apparatus capable of preventing occurrence of false determination of a gas flow rate change and improving a reaction to a flow rate change when no pulsation is generated.SOLUTION: A gas flow rate change determination apparatus periodically acquires gas flow rates, calculates a change amount between two flow rates continuously acquired and determines a change of flow rates on the basis of a comparison result between the calculated change amount and a preset change amount determination value. The gas flow rate change determination apparatus includes pulsation detection means 34 for detecting existence of occurrence of gas pulsation, and average parameter changing means which, when the pulsation detection means 34 detects no occurrence of pulsation, changes an average parameter to be used for calculation of an average value of flow rates to a speed priority parameter value, and when the pulsation detection means 34 detects occurrence of pulsation, changes the average parameter to an accuracy priority parameter value larger than the speed priority parameter value. |
