摘要 <p>Provided is a molding packaging material that can prevent inter-layer lamination strength from decreasing due to the effect of an electrolyte, can prevent inter-layer lamination strength from decreasing due to the effect of expansion and contraction of a packaging material or heat release resulting from repeated charging/discharging, and has superior inter-layer lamination strength. The molding packaging material (1) is characterized by including: a heat-resistant resin layer (2) as the outside layer; a polypropylene layer (3) as the inside layer; and a metal foil layer (4) therebetween. The molding packaging material (1) is further characterized by: the polypropylene layer (3) being laminated to a chemical conversion treated surface (4a) at the inside of the metal foil layer (4) with an adhesive agent layer (5) therebetween; and the adhesive agent layer (5) being formed by means of applying to the chemical conversion treated surface (4a) at the inside of the metal foil layer (4) an adhesive agent comprising at least an organic solvent, a polyfunctional isocyanate compound, and a polyolefin resin that is dissolved in the organic solvent, has an MFR measured at 130°C of 5-42 g/10 min., and has a carboxyl group.</p>
