<p>[Problem] To enable automatic cell culture using a culture container in such a manner that a process from the injection of cells through the addition of a fresh culture medium, sampling and the collection of the cells can be achieved in a kit while maintaining the system of the kit in a closed state. [Solution] A kit for closed system cell culture, which can be used for culturing cells and comprises at least one culture container for culturing cells, at least one culture medium storage container for storing a culture medium or the like, at least one cell injection container for injecting cells, and at least one cell collection container for collecting a cell suspension after culturing, wherein the culture medium storage container is also used as a liquid waste container for collecting the culture medium after culturing, and the culture container, the culture medium storage container, the cell injection container and the cell collection container are connected to one another through a conduit pipe. The kit additionally comprises at least one sampling container by which a portion of the cell suspension can be sampled during culturing, wherein the sampling container is connected to the culture container through the conduit pipe.</p> |
