<p>The position of the surface of an organ to be excised, for instance, becomes easier to see and damage to the nerves surrounding the organ is thereby prevented. Provided is a biological observation device (1) comprising exposure parts (3) and (7) for exposing a biological tissue to exposure light; an imaging part (8) for obtaining a reflected light image by photographing the reflected light of the wavelength region having a higher beta-carotene absorption property than hemoglobin absorption property from the reflected light that is generated when the exposure light from the exposure parts (3) and (7) is reflected by the biological tissue; and a display part (6) for displaying the reflected light image obtained by the imaging part (8).</p> |
