The optical members (142a-142e) are parallel plates, and are attached to the dome cover body (140) so as to be perpendicular to the lens optical axis (L) of the surveillance camera (10) when the camera is adjusted to each tilt angle. As a result, it is possible to prevent deterioration in the optical performance of an imaging optical system, and to inexpensively produce a dome cover that includes an optical member.
