The invention relates to a device for the dosing and injection of bone cement, comprising a hollow body (4) including securing flanges (41) and terminating in a small conical cylinder (42). In addition, another part (3) is disposed inside the body, extending along the entire length thereof, and is provided with helical vanes along which a slotted head slides, said head having the same cross-section as that of the body (4) and being actuated by the push element (1) which forces the rotation of the part (3) as it moves down inside the body (4).
