PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating application method in which even when an application surface is not horizontal, coating of the surface can be performed easily according to a procedure of conventional trowel work, and to suppress the whitening of the surface after application.SOLUTION: A vertical wall surface 1 is first coated with a primer, and the vertical wall surface 1 is then coated with a mixed material 2 prepared by mixing short fibers and a binder followed by adding thereto an aggregate and mixing. Vinylon is preferred for the short fibers. The amount of the short fibers added is preferably 0.1 to 0.3 wt.% of the aggregate. Urethane resin is preferred for the binder. The amount of the binder added is preferably 10 to 30 wt.% of the aggregate. The aggregate may be a soft aggregate or a mixed aggregate of a soft aggregate and a hard aggregate. |
