PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator and escalator operation management system capable of calling an elevating means in accordance with user's circumstances and necessity.SOLUTION: An elevator and escalator operation management system includes: a position determination part obtaining terminal identification information assigned to a portable terminal from a position information transmitter communicating with the portable terminal and position information identification information assigned to the position information transmitter to determine the position of the portable terminal; a movement management part reading needs information corresponding to the terminal identification information of the portable terminal from a needs information storage part when receiving a call request of an elevator and escalator and the terminal identification information of the portable terminal from the portable terminal and determining whether or not to move the elevator and escalator to a place in accordance with the position where the call is performed on the basis of the read needs information and the position of the portable terminal making the call; and an output part outputting a signal controlling the elevation/lowering of the elevator and escalator to an elevator and escalator control part in accordance with a determination result of the movement management part. |
