[Problem] An object of the present invention is to provide a polyimide sheet with substantially isotropic physical properties, and to provide a method of manufacturing thereof. [Resolution Means] A polyimide sheet formed by laminating at least two polyimide films, such that a thickness of the polyimide sheet is at least 0.2 mm, and a linear expansion coefficient in two orthogonal directions in any plane is at most 10 ppm/° C.
