PURPOSE: A detection of a radio marker gene, or At3g60140(beta-glucosidase), and a transgenic indicator plant using the same are provided to detect radiation exposure. CONSTITUTION: An At3g60140 gene-knockdown transgenic plant for detecting radiation exposure is prepared by transforming an RNAi expression vector containing an At3g60140(beta-glucosidase) gene in an Arabidopsis thaliana plant. The At3g60140 gene has a base sequence of sequence number 1. |
