PURPOSE: A user authentication processing system and a method thereof are provided to allow users to shop online without an accredited certificate. CONSTITUTION: An authentication apparatus (200) includes a receiver (210), generator (220), transmitter (230) and authentication processor (250). The receiver receives authentication request data, which includes identification data for a second user who registers the second user authentication data beforehand, from an original user terminal. The generator produces authentication response data to process the user authentication of the original user terminal in response to the authentication request data. The transmitter transmits the authentication response data produced by the generator to the original user terminal. The authentication processor checks whether the second user authentication data is registered or not after receiving the second user voice input from the second user terminal. If the second user voice is registered for user authentication, the authentication processor registers the authentication for the original user based on the received user voice.
