PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for objectively evaluating a fatigue state and/or a stress state of a creature to be tested.SOLUTION: A method for evaluating the fatigue state and/or the stress state of a creature to be tested is provided. The method is characterized by detection of at least one gene selected from a predetermined gene group in a sample collected from the creature to be tested, and comparison of the obtained detection result with a control.
