PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for trimming width direction both side parts of a long lead alloy sheet with dimensional accuracy less than a millimeter unit.SOLUTION: A device trims width direction both side parts of a lead alloy sheet 3 to be transferred and finishes the lead alloy sheet into a predetermined width. A pair of slitter devices 4a, 4b disposed in a width direction of the lead alloy sheet 3 is provided. Each of the slitter device 4a, 4b is comprised of an upper roll cutter 10 and a lower roll cutter 13 for shearing the lead alloy sheet while being rotated, and servo motors 17 for driving them. The rotations of the servo motors are synchronized between the slitter devices 4a, 4b. Further, each of the slitter devices 4a, 4b is installed on slide tables that are mutually independent and can move in the lead alloy sheet width direction, and movement of each slide table is controlled by individual servo motor. A stepping motor may be used in stead of the servo motor. |
