PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film superior in transparency, conductivity and film strength, and less prone to suffer the degradation in transparency, conductivity and film strength even under a high-temperature and high-humidity environment.SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film 1 comprises: a transparent base material 11; and a transparent organic compound layer 13 formed on the base material 11. The organic compound layer 13 is formed by use of a fluid dispersion containing a conductive polymer compound and a dissociative group-containing self-dispersing polymer. In the conductive polymer compound, the weight ratio of a polyanion included in the conductive polymer compound to a cationic &pgr; conjugated conductive polymer is no less than 0.5 and below 2.5. |
