PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability and efficiency of inspection for measuring an electrical characteristic of an electric component.SOLUTION: An electric component inspection device includes a socket 11 for electric component inspection, an inspection mechanism 12 for inspecting an electric component W of an inspection object stored in the socket 11 for electric component inspection, a gas supply mechanism 13 for injecting and supplying inert gas to a probe 46 from an opening 50a of a needle 50, and a shutter mechanism 14 for bringing a plate 42 into contact with a base 40 against a spring 44 to store the needle 50 in a needle groove 54, and blocks gas supply from the gas supply mechanism 13 by the shutter mechanism 14 to perform inspection by the inspection mechanism 12. |
