PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that two or more relevant technical terms cannot be extracted and information other than technical terms cannot be extracted in a conventional technical term extraction device.SOLUTION: A database construction device comprises: a table storage part for storing a first table including one or more attribute value groups each having m (m≥3) attribute values different in attribute, and two or more second tables including one or more attribute value groups each having n (n≤m-1) attribute values different in attribute; a rule storage part for storing a rule for acquiring one or more attribute value groups each having n attribute values from a Web page; an acquisition part for acquiring one or more attribute value groups each having n attribute values from a Web page according to the rule to add the one or more attribute value groups to the second table; and a coupling part for coupling two or more attribute value groups which two or more second tables have, generating an attribute value group having m attribute values, and adding it to the first table. All of information on the Web can be made into a database by the above-described database construction device. |
