The measuring device comprises a measuring head (2) arranged at an end of a support tube (1) on which an electrochemical cell is arranged. The electrochemical cell includes a solid electrolyte tube (5) closed on one end. The solid electrolyte tube includes a reference material and an electrode located at its closed end. The electrode extends from the opposite end of the solid electrolyte tube. The solid electrolyte tube, on its outermost surface, comprises a coating made of a mixture of stoichiometric tricalcium aluminate with fluoride. The coating has a thickness of 90-120 mu m. The measuring device comprises a measuring head (2) arranged at an end of a support tube (1) on which an electrochemical cell is arranged. The electrochemical cell includes a solid electrolyte tube (5) closed on one end. The solid electrolyte tube includes a reference material and an electrode located at its closed end.
