<p>A method and device for processing a cell list and a mobile terminal belong to the field of mobile communications. The method for processing a cell list comprises: a mobile terminal receiving a system message from a serving cell, the system message carrying information about a current serving cell and an adjacent cell of the mobile terminal; the mobile terminal establishing a cell list containing the adjacent cell and the current serving cell according to the system message; the mobile terminal performing signal measurement on the cells in the cell list periodically, and updating the cell list according to the measurement result, so as to ensure that the adjacent cell having the same frequency as the current serving cell is always in a position with the highest priority in the cell list, so that a target cell to which the mobile terminal switches is the adjacent cell having the same frequency as the current serving cell. The technical solution can effectively keep the connection between a mobile terminal and a communication network.</p> |
