PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which is fitted to an excretory orifice of a wearer, particularly the labia minora, and hardly causes leakage both of the time when it is dry prior to absorbing blood and the time when it is wet after absorbing blood.SOLUTION: An absorbent article includes a liquid permeable top sheet, a liquid impermeable back sheet, and an absorber between the liquid permeable top sheet and the liquid impermeable back sheet, and the absorbent article has a middle high part projected in a thickness direction of the absorbent article in an excretory orifice contact area. The middle high part includes a part of the top sheet and a cushion part disposed between the top sheet and the absorber, the middle high part has a center part and an outer circumferential part surrounding the center part, and then the density of the cushion part at the outer circumferential part is higher than the density of the cushion part at the center part. |
