PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate any necessity, when updating a file version number of an NE (Network Element), of developing a novel system file for an OpS (network Operation System) when there is no difference other than a file version number providing command in an interface between the OpS and the NE.SOLUTION: When an OpS 10 for controlling a plurality of NEs 20 constituted of an NE 20A of an old-version file version number and an NE 20B of a new-version file version number, transmits a control command to the respective NEs 20, the OpS transmits a version number providing command to the NEs 20 subject to a control and receives responses of the file version numbers of the NEs 20. When it is determined whether a received file version number is a new version or an old version, the OpS 10 determines, on the basis of a predetermined version number determination logic 117 accommodating to the update of the file version number, a new-version file version number and a novel file version number formed by updating the new-version file version number, as the new versions, and causes a new-version command interface section 114 to transmit a control command to the NE 20B. |
