The invention relates to an intraluminal vascular prosthesis (10; 30), preferably for implanting in the aortic arch. The prosthesis has a hollow cylindrical body (11; 31) with a first end (12; 32) and a second end (13; 33); a first vascular prosthesis portion (14; 34); a second vascular prosthesis portion (16; 36); and a stent portion (18; 38) which is provided between the first (14; 34) and the second (16; 36) vascular prosthesis portion and which is rigidly connected to said vascular prosthesis portions (14; 34; 16; 36), said stent portion being free of prosthesis material.
