Provided is a medical image-processing device capable of correcting a shift, which occurs in the CT values of an anatomically identical region among a plurality of image data, by using changes in the shape of an observation subject. The medical image-processing device is provided with an image-data storage unit, an extraction unit, and a correction unit. The image-data storage unit stores a plurality of image data obtained by imaging a location to be imaged, which changes in shape over time, inside the body of a subject, at prescribed timing intervals. The extraction unit extracts the location to be imaged from each of the plurality of image data. The correction unit calculates the amount of change in shape in the extracted location to be imaged for each image data, and on the basis of this amount of change, corrects the CT value for the location to be imaged that was extracted from the image data. |
