The method involves transmitting a price signal to current customers if excess supply of electrical energy is present. Individual consumer apparatuses of the current customers are automatically released and/or excluded from de-energizing and/or switched on and/or off. One of the consumer apparatuses is formed as an electrical heating element working on a heating water circuit of a heating system of the current customers. An electrical element i.e. heating or cooling jacket, is arranged in a buffer storage of the heating system.
