PURPOSE: A driving device of a variable pitch propeller, a pitch angle control method, and a ship having thereof are provided to improve a propulsion efficiency by varying a pitch of a blade by corresponding to a flux flowed in a side of the variable pitch propeller. CONSTITUTION: A driving device of a variable pitch propeller comprises a blade (31) changing a pitch angle along a rotational direction of a propeller shaft (20), and a pitch regulating device controlling the pitch angle. The pitch regulating device comprises a blade operational shaft (50) and a power conversion part. The blade operational shaft is connected to an eccentricity projection connected to a lower part of the blade. The blade operational shaft is arranged to shuttle straightly in an inner side of the propeller shaft in order to push or to pull the eccentricity projection. The power conversion part converts a rotary motion of the propeller shaft into a linear reciprocating motion of the blade operational shaft. |
