PURPOSE: An end plate of a motor is provided to prevent a sensing phenomenon in advance by executing a cooling process by using a heat conduction method. CONSTITUTION: One or more air inlets (11) are constructed. An upper end surface (1) and a lower end surface of an end plate passes through the inlet. The end plate is combined with one end unit of a rotor core. A plurality of permanent magnets is exposed to the one end unit of the rotor core. A first cooling fin (13) cools heat conducted to the end plate. |
