PURPOSE: A waterproof levee mold installation structure is provided to easily install and dismantle even by an unskilled worker due to the simple structure and is to be not affected by a worker, movement of equipment or fresh concrete pressure, thereby not separating from the originally installed position. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof levee mold installation structure includes a fixing spacer, a fixing bolt(FB), a fixing form(FF), a fixing nut(FN), two waterproof mold forms(WF) and a slab mold form(FSF). The fixing spacer includes a main body having a female thread formed in the top center, a support unit formed in the lower part of the main body and a protrusion unit(130) formed in the lower part of the support unit to support the main body. The fixing bolt is connected with the female thread. The fixing bolt is inserted into a fixing bolt connection hole(FBH) and horizontally installed. The fixing nut is connected with the fixing bolt and fixes the fixing form. The waterproof mold form is attached to both ends of the fixing form. The slab mold form had a hole in which the protrusion unit is inserted and connected from the upper part. |
