PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing the crosslinking treatment of artificial cartilage consisting of a glycosaminoglycan/proteoglycan/collagen complex so as not to cause the reduction of an elastic modulus in use without coloring the artificial cartilage.SOLUTION: This method for producing an artificial cartilage consisting of collagen, a proteoglycan and hyaluronic acid includes a process of thermally dehydrating and crosslinking a molding consisting of collagen, the proteoglycan and hyaluronic acid for 16-23 hours at 105-110°C with 0 Pa to atmospheric pressure. |
