摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle charging device capable of suppressing a charging current by detecting that a power supply line has a failure in charging a storage battery for a vehicle using a power supply positioned outside the vehicle.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle charging device 170 charges a storage battery 115 installed on a vehicle 160 from a power supply 101 positioned outside the vehicle 160. A controller 113 determines a difference between a voltage of a breaker panel 106 received by a communication apparatus 116 and a voltage of the vehicle 160 measured by a voltage measurement section 111, and divides the difference by an electric current of the vehicle 160 measured by a current measurement section 112 to calculate an impedance value. The controller 113 compares the impedance value to a threshold value and, when the impedance value is larger than the threshold value, it is determined that a power supply line from the power supply 101 to a charger 114 has some failure. The controller 113 controls the charger 114 to suppress a charging current into the storage battery 115.
