PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the number of masks of an element substrate and efficiently hide disclination.SOLUTION: Source wiring 108, a gate electrode, a capacitance electrode 103, and an electrically floating light shielding film 102 of the element substrate are disposed on an edge of a pixel electrode 111, or an area where leak light is likely to occur due to disclination, so as to efficiently hide leak light due to disclination even when the number of masks for wiring is two, and enlarge an area where a drain electrode overlaps a light transmissive conductive film in a pixel facing a green color filter. |
