PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receptacle connector capable of certainly separating terminals of a switch at the time of fitting, even if elastic force on a moving terminal side or a probe side changes with time.SOLUTION: A receptacle connector 10 hasa switch 13 composed of a fixed terminal 14 fixed to a housing 11, and a moving terminal 15 formed by a spring member. By fitting with a plug connector 20, the switch 13 is opened. In the receptacle connector 10, when the plug connector 20 is fitted, a plug connector body 21 of the plug connector 20 presses a pressed portion 155 at a tip end of the moving terminal 15 projected out from the housing 11, in an insertion direction to separate the moving terminal 15 from the fixed terminal 14. A probe 22 provided on the plug connector body 21 is inserted in a probe insertion portion 113 of the housing 11 and brought into contact with the fixed terminal 14, thereby switching signals. |
