PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shape a three-dimensional object having a smooth surface by being combined with powder.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional object is shaped by reciprocating an ejection head on a powder layer and laminating a cross section member formed by solidifying the powder layer by discharging droplets of a curing liquid. During the movement of the ejection head, all the droplets are not discharged at a time but are discharged intermittently. When the droplet is discharged next, it is discharged at a position between the droplets discharged previously. In this way, the droplet discharged afterward is hindered by a portion impregnated with the droplets discharged previously and cannot spread in the transverse direction so as to penetrate preferentially in the depth direction. While the spreading in the transverse direction of the droplet discharged first is suppressed by making the size of the droplet small, the droplet discharged next can be penetrated preferentially in the depth direction. Thus, the occurrence of unevenness caused by the spreading of the droplets in the transverse direction can be suppressed in a surface portion. |
