An array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, a liquid crystal panel and a liquid crystal display. The array substrate comprises an underlay substrate (11), and gate lines (2), data lines (4) and common electrode lines (3) which are arranged on the underlay substrate (11). The gate lines (2) and the data lines (4) delimit a plurality of pixel cells (20, 21); two layers of transparent conducting films (12, 19) and a thin-film transistor are formed in the pixel cells (20, 21); the pixel cells (20, 21) comprise first pixel cells (20) and second pixel cells (21), and the first pixel cells (20) and the second pixel cells (21) are arranged at intervals in the direction of the data line (4); in the first pixel cell (20), the first layer of transparent conducting film (12) is electrically connected to the common electrode line (3), and the second layer of transparent conducting film (19) is electrically connected to the drain electrode (16) of the thin-film transistor; in the second pixel cell (21), the first layer of transparent conducting film (12) is electrically connected to the drain electrode (16) of the thin-film transistor, and the second layer of transparent conducting film (19) is electrically connected to the common electrode line (3); and the common electrode lines (3) in all the pixel cells (20, 21) are electrically connected. |
