The present invention addresses the problem of providing an exceptionally flexible and stretchable electrochromic gel, a method for producing same, a method for controlling electronic printing onto an electrochromic gel and erasure thereof, and a stretchable display. The problem can be overcome by using an electrochromic gel obtained by layering an electrolyte-containing gel layer comprising an electrolyte-containing gel and an organic/metallic hybrid polymer-containing layer obtained when an electrolyte-containing gel contains an organic/metal hybrid polymer.
