PURPOSE: A device for supplying web service digital contents and a method thereof are provided to create a high quality internet media by combining contents brought from an external web service and to supply various kinds of contents. CONSTITUTION: A collecting unit (310) normalizes contents as a format capable of collecting and processing contents such as text, image, audio, and video from a web server. The collecting unit removes code information except contents data from the contents collected from each platform and unifies a form for a convenient process by forming data. A processing unit (320) generates internal contents which are normalized in the collecting unit into new contents according to a method which is combined by users.
