PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability of detection results by detecting the flow rate of hydrogen circulating in a system with high precision.SOLUTION: The fuel cell system includes hydrogen circulation piping 31 for circulating hydrogen, introduction piping 32 and discharge piping 33 provided by bending the hydrogen circulation piping 31, measurement piping 34 arranged horizontally while connecting the introduction piping 32 and discharge piping 33, and ultrasonic transceivers 41, 42 provided at a wall surface 32A of the introduction piping 32 and a wall surface 33A of the discharge piping 33 facing each other through the measurement piping 34 and having surfaces 41A, 42A facing each other in the circulation direction of hydrogen circulating through the measurement piping 34. The surfaces 41A, 42A have an area smaller than the cross-sectional are of a flow path of the measurement piping 34, and the ultrasonic transceivers 41, 42 make ultrasonic waves propagate to the axis of the measurement piping 34. |
