PURPOSE: A distributor and a control method thereof are provided to distribute pulverized coal to the inside of a furnace uniformly via a plurality of inflow lines as the level of the pulverized coal received inside the distribute is adjustable. CONSTITUTION: A distributor includes a device housing unit (110) and a level adjusting member (200). The pulverized coal is inputted into a furnace via a plurality of discharging pipes of the device housing unit from the device housing unit. The level adjusting member is mounted on the device housing unit, adjusts the level of the pulverized coal, and includes a hydraulic cylinder (210), a level adjusting plate (220), and a guide member. The level adjusting plate is mounted on a rod of the hydraulic cylinder and elevated by the operation of the hydraulic cylinder. |
